Tasty French Pear Pudding

Ingredients
  Egg 1
  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Pears 1 Pound, drained
  Brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), firmly packed
  Flour 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat eggs slightly in small bowl; stir in sour cream and vanilla.
Mix sugar and 1 tbs flour; add these ingredients to sour cream mixture; mix well.
Quarter pears; arrange in a shallow baking dish.
Top with sour cream mixture.
Bake 15 minutes.
While pudding bakes, combine brown sugar, 1/3 cup flour and nutmeg in a second small bowl.
Cut in butter with pastry blender until mixture resembles corn meal.
Sprinkle over pudding and bake 15 minutes more.
