Spinach Cheese Souffle

Ingredients
  Eggs 3
  Flour 6 Teaspoon
  Spinach 10 Ounce, chopped (frozen, thawed, drained, cooked)
  Cottage cheese 1 Pound
  Cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Pound, grated
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Beat eggs; add flour and beat until smooth.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Place in a well-buttered, 2 quart casserole.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour.
