Ham Souffle

Ingredients
  Cold cooked ham 2 Cup (32 tbs), minced
  Butter/Margarine 6 Tablespoon
  Bread crumbs 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Eggs 3 , separated
  Green pepper 1⁄2 , minced
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Saute the ham in 2 tablespoons of the butter or margarine until the butter or margarine is absorbed.
Add the bread crumbs; blend well.
Melt the rest of the butter or margarine in another frying pan.
Add the flour; stir until it is smooth.
Add the milk slowly, stirring constantly.
Add the beaten egg yolks to the white sauce.
Next add the minced-ham mixture, green pepper, and salt to taste.
Last, fold in the egg whites, stiffly beaten.
Pour the mixture into a well-greased baking dish.
Bake it at 350°F for about 45 minutes or until it is firm.
