Ingredients
  Fresh lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dijon mustard 2 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

In a small bowl whisk together lemon juice and salt.
Add oil in slow stream, whisking constantly until oil has emulsified.
Stir in mustard.
