|Jack cheese||1 Pound, cut into 1/2 strips|
|Green chilies||1 Can (10 oz), cut into 1/4 inch strips|
|For cheese sauce|
|Flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated cheddar cheese||3⁄4 Pound|
|Prepared mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Monosodium glutamate||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Place 1 slice of ham on each tortilla; put 1 stick of cheese in the center of ham and top with strip of chili.
Roll tortilla and secure with toothpick.
Place rolled tortillas, slightly separated, in greased 13" x 9" pan.
Pour cheese sauce over crepes to cover; sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Cheese Sauce: Melt butter & blend in flour Add milk, grated cheese, mustard, salt and pepper.
Cook and stir until smooth.
