French Glazed Chicken
|Skinless boneless chicken breasts||1 Pound|
|Low calorie french dressing||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Low sugar apricot jam||2 Tablespoon|
|Dried onion||1 Tablespoon|
Arrange chicken in a 9-inch pan that has been sprayed with non-stick coating.
Follow directions below for microwave or conventional oven.
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
Mix remaining ingredients and spoon over chicken.
Return to oven for 10 minutes or until chicken is done and glaze is heated.
