Delicious French Fried Onion Rings
|Bermuda onions||4 Large|
|All purpose flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
|Eggs||4 , well beaten|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cracker meal||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
|Deep fat/Oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)|
Peel onion and cut into 1/8-inch thick slices.
Separate into rings; dip rings into flour.
Beat eggs with milk.
Dip flour-coated rings into egg and milk; then dip into cracker meal.
Fry onion rings in deep fat (360°F on a frying thermometer) for 2 to 3 minutes, or until onion rings are golden brown.
Drain on absorbent paper.
