Delicious French Fried Onion Rings

Ingredients
  Bermuda onions 4 Large
  All purpose flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Eggs 4 , well beaten
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cracker meal 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Deep fat/Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
Directions

Peel onion and cut into 1/8-inch thick slices.
Separate into rings; dip rings into flour.
Beat eggs with milk.
Dip flour-coated rings into egg and milk; then dip into cracker meal.
Fry onion rings in deep fat (360°F on a frying thermometer) for 2 to 3 minutes, or until onion rings are golden brown.
Drain on absorbent paper.
