Liver Cheese Pate

Ingredients
  Liverwurst 1⁄2 Pound
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce
  Milk 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

1 Remove skin from liverwurst; mash meat with fork in medium-size bowl.
2 Blend in cream cheese, then milk and lemon juice to make a smooth paste. (An electric mixer or blender does a quick job.)
