Mushrooms A La Grecque

Ingredients
  Onion 1
  Butter 1 Ounce
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  White wine 1⁄4 Pint (150 Milliliter)
  Mushrooms 8 Ounce (225 Gram)
  Tomatoes 4 , peeled
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon (To Garnish)
Directions

Peel and quarter the onion and chop finely, using the double-bladed chopping knife.
Saute in the butter until soft, add the crushed garlic and wine and bring to the boil.
Slice the mushrooms, using the slicing disc, then add to the wine.
Simmer gently for 2-3 minutes.
Cut the tomatoes into quarters and stir in with the mushrooms.
