|Cooked potatoes||1 Pound|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
Slice the potatoes fairly thickly.
Slice the onions very thinly.
Heat the butter in a pan and cook the onions until nearly tender.
Add the potatoes and mix well, then heat gently until pale golden.
Top with chopped parsley before serving.
