|Plain flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baker's chocolate||3 Ounce|
|Sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Pre-heat the oven to 375°F.
Grease and flour a 2 cups souffle dish.
Melt the butter in a saucepan and sprinkle the flour over it.
Stir well to make a thick, smooth paste.
Bring the milk to a boil and gradually add it to the paste, stirring well to make a thick white sauce.
Melt the chocolate and sugar together in a small pan, and stir this mixture into the white sauce.
Remove from the heat and add the vanilla.
Beat the egg yolks and add them to the chocolate sauce when it has cooled slightly.
Beat the egg whites to a stiff-peak consistency and, when the sauce is quite cool, gently fold them in.
Turn the mixture into the souffle dish, sprinkle with a little extra sugar and bake for 40 minutes, until light brown.
