Burgundy Beef Balls

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Dry bread crumbs/Cracker crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Burgundy/Red wine 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Instant minced onion/1/4 cup chopped onion 1 Tablespoon
  Parsley flakes/Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Brown gravy mix 5⁄8 Ounce (1 Package)
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

In 1 1/2 -quart (8-inch round) or 8 or 9-inch pie plate, combine all ingredients except gravy mix and water.
Shape mixture into 1-inch balls, leaving them in same dish.
Sprinkle meatballs with gravy mix.
Cook covered, 5 minutes.
Add water and Cook covered, 3 minutes.
