Burgundy Beef Balls
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Dry bread crumbs/Cracker crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Burgundy/Red wine||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Instant minced onion/1/4 cup chopped onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Parsley flakes/Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Brown gravy mix||5⁄8 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
In 1 1/2 -quart (8-inch round) or 8 or 9-inch pie plate, combine all ingredients except gravy mix and water.
Shape mixture into 1-inch balls, leaving them in same dish.
Sprinkle meatballs with gravy mix.
Cook covered, 5 minutes.
Add water and Cook covered, 3 minutes.
