|Slightly beaten egg white||2|

|Turkey bacon slices||3 , crisp cooked, drained and crumbled|
|Sliced green onions||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Ground nutmeg||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Low fat swiss cheese||5 Ounce, shredded to make 1 1/4 cups (Natural)|
|All purpose flour||1 Tablespoon|
Prepare Pastry for Single-Crust Pie and line a 9-inch pie plate as directed.
Line the unpricked pastry shell with a double thickness of heavy-duty foil.
Bake in a 450° oven for 5 minutes.
Bake for 5 to 7 minutes more or till the pastry is nearly done.
Remove from the oven.
Reduce oven temperature to 325°.Meanwhile, in a medium mixing bowl stir together the egg whites, egg, milk, bacon, green onions, nutmeg and pepper.
In a small mixing bowl toss together the Swiss cheese and flour.
Stir into egg mixture; mix well.
Pour egg mixture into hot pastry shell.
Bake in a 325° oven for 35 to 40 minutes or till a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting into wedges to serve.
