Green Salad With Warm Brie Dressing
|Coarsely chopped walnuts||2 Tablespoon|
|Brie cheese||1 Ounce|
|Torn up boston lettuce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Torn romaine lettuce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Reduced calorie italian dressing||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Commercial)|
Spread walnuts in a 6-ounce custard cup.
Microwave or HIGH for 3 to 4 minutes or until walnuts are lightly .toasred, stirring after every minute.
Remove rind from brie,- cur into small pieces.
Place lettuce in a large bowl, tossing gently to combine.
Arrange lettuce mixture evenly on individual salad .plates.
Place dressing in a 1-cup glass measure.
Microwave, uncovered, at HIGH for 30 seconds or until thoroughly heated.
Add brie, stirring until cheese melts.
