Spicy Cheese Crepe Appetizer

Ingredients
  Grated cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Creamed cheese 3 Ounce
  Bacon 1 Pound
  Spicy beef 1 , thinly sliced
  Mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Tabasco sauce 8 Drop
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄3 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Fresh scallions 3 , sliced thin
  Chopped pimento 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Slice bacon in thin strips and fry until crisp.
Crumble and add to all ingredients in large mixing bowl.
Place in Beer Batter Crepes, fold over and cut in half.
Garnish each half with sliced green pimento olive.
Put remaining parsley around dish.
