Quiche Lorraine With Milk

Ingredients
  Pastry shell 1 , baked (9 inch)
  Bacon 1⁄2 Pound
  Cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
  Onion 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), finley chopped
  Light cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 3
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Place bacon slices between layers of paper towel in 2-quart (12 x 7) glass baking dish.
2. Microwave on HIGH for 8 to 9 minutes or-until crisp; cool. Crumble into bottom of 9-inch Baked Pastry Shell in glass pie plate. Sprinkle cheese and onion on top;
