Rolled Crepes

Ingredients
  Neufchatel cheese 8 Ounce, softened (1 Package)
  Part skim ricotta cheese 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Chopped lean cooked ham 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Finely Chopped)
  Grated parmesan cheese 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Dried whole thyme 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Spinach crepes 6
Directions

Combine Neufchatel and ricotta cheese in a medium bowl; bear at medium speed of an electric mixer until smooth.
Stir in ham and next 4 ingredients.
Spread 2 Tablespoons cheese mixture on each Spinach Crepe; roll crepes rightly, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Slice each crepe diagonally into 6 pieces with an electric knife.
