|Neufchatel cheese||8 Ounce, softened (1 Package)|
|Part skim ricotta cheese||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Chopped lean cooked ham||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Finely Chopped)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||3 Tablespoon|
|Chopped fresh parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Dried whole thyme||1 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
Combine Neufchatel and ricotta cheese in a medium bowl; bear at medium speed of an electric mixer until smooth.
Stir in ham and next 4 ingredients.
Spread 2 Tablespoons cheese mixture on each Spinach Crepe; roll crepes rightly, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Slice each crepe diagonally into 6 pieces with an electric knife.
