Sweet Potato Souffle In Orange Baskets

Ingredients
  Sweet potatoes 6 Medium
  Raisins 2 Tablespoon (Or As Desired)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Grated orange rind 4 Tablespoon (Rind Of 2 Oranges)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Egg 1
  Marshmallows 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Boil potatoes, peel and mash with potato masher or ricer, season with salt and butter; add beaten egg, raisins to taste, and the grated orange rind.
Make little baskets of scooped out orange shells and fill with potato mixture.
Top with marshmallow and bake until light brown.
