Homemade Spinach Souffle

Ingredients
  Cooked spinach 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , separated
  Cream/Milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Water spinach 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Drain and set aside the spinach.
Make a white sauce of the rest of the ingredients.
Mash spinach fine and add to the sauce.
Beat egg yolks until thick, add to mixture.
Now fold in in egg whites which have been beaten stiff and dry.
Pour into a buttered baking dish and bake in slow oven 20 minutes.
