Nutty Apple Crepes

Ingredients
  Crepes 16
  Cooking apples 6 Large
  Butter 125 Gram (1/2 Cup)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cinnamon 3 Teaspoon
  Chopped nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Make the crepes using the Sweet Crepe Batter.
Set aside and keep warm.
Peel, core and slice the apples.
Melt the butter in a large frypan.
Mix together the sugar and cinnamon a/id stir into the butter.
Add the apple slices and cook gently until the sugar begins to caramelize.
Fill each crepe with the apple mixture and fold over.
Sprinkle on the nuts.
