Chicken In A Pot With Bacon

Ingredients
  Chicken thighs 1 1⁄2 Kilogram
  Plain flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Bacon rashers 2 , finely chopped
  Green capsicum 1 , diced
  Onion 1 , finely chopped
  Canned peeled tomatoes 425 Gram
  Tomato paste 2 Tablespoon
  Chicken stock cubes 2
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Mushrooms 200 Gram, sliced
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1 .Toss chicken t highs in flour.
2. Combine all ingredients, except mushrooms, in a 3-litre casserole dish.
3. Cover and cook for 25-28 minutes on medium high. Stir 2-3 times during cooking.
4. Add mushrooms. Cook, uncovered, a further 5-6 minutes on medium high.
