Ingredients
  Whipping cream 800 Gram
  White chocolate 275 Gram
  Vanilla sticks 2
  Cocoa butter 75 Gram
Directions

Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
Add the split vanilla sticks and the cocoa butter.
Whip the cream until stiff, mix in the melted chocolate.
Keep in the fridge for one night.
