Sausage French Toasties
|Brown-and-serve sausage links||3|
|Grated orange peel||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Orange juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Brown sausage three minutes according to package directions.
Blend slightly-beaten eggs, sugar, grated orange peel, and orange juice.
Remove crusts from bread.
Dip bread slices in egg and orange mixture.
Fry in small amount of melted butter or margarine until golden brown on each side.
Top each piece of toast with a few hot sausage links.
