|Parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), minced|
Cut rabbits into serving size pieces.
Dredge rabbits with 1/2 cup flour, dip into milk, then remaining 1/2 cup flour mixed with cracker meal.
Fry in melted shortening in skillet until golden brown.
Add milk used for dipping along with remaining ingredients to casserole.
Top with rabbit.
Bake 275°F.2 to 2 1/2 hours.
