French Lettuce Salad

Ingredients
  Olive oil/Vegetable oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Mixed greens 10 Cup (160 tbs) (Half Boston, Butter Or Leaf Lettuce, Half Endive Or Romaine)
Directions

Shake all ingredients except greens in tightly covered jar; refrigerate.
Shake before serving.
Toss with greens.
