|Rustic italian bread slices||4 Large|
|Extra virgin olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
Brush both sides of the bread with the oil and sprinkle with black pepper to taste.
Coat a baking sheet with no-stick spray.
Put the bread on the baking sheet and bake at 350° for 15 minutes, turning once halfway through, until well toasted.
Cut the bread into quarters.
