Country Style French Onion Soup
|Thinly sliced onions||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Reduced calorie margarine||2 Tablespoon (Tub Margarine)|
|Low sodium instant beef broth mix||5 1⁄2 Ounce (4 Packets)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Freshly ground black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Shredded swiss cheese||4 1⁄2 Ounce|
1. In large saucepan, combine onions and margarine; cover and cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, 20 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, except cheese, and 5 cups water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes.
2. Preheat broiler.
