French Mustard Dressing

Ingredients
  Olive oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Red wine vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dijon style mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), pressed
  Crumbled blue cheese 2 Ounce (1/2 Cup, Sargento)
Directions

Combine all ingredients in order given, blending well.
Cover and chill to allow flavors to blend.

We often make the traditional French Salad dressing of vinegar, oil, Dijon and often shallots and or fresh herbs such as Tarragon-so easy, healthy and tasty! Sargento? This NOT French!
