Bundle Of Brie
|Filo dough sheets||4|
|Refrigerated pesto with basil||7 Ounce (1 Container / 2/3 Cup)|
|Brie cheese||8 Ounce (1 Wheel)|
BRUSH each sheet of filo dough with oil from top of pesto, stacking them on top of each other on ungreased baking sheet.
Center cheese on top of filo sheets.
Gather filo up around cheese.
Lightly press filo against sides and top of cheese so excess filo forms a sunburst on top.
Lightly brush outside with pesto oil.
BAKE in preheated 375° F. oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Pull top open with fork.
Break apart filo.
Use filo pieces, apples and pears for dipping.
