Simple French Apple Pie

|Pie shell||9 Inch (unbaked, 9 inch)|
|Apples||7 Cup (112 tbs), sliced (peeled)|
|Sugar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Cinnamon||1⁄2 Teaspoon, ground|
|Butter||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
Combine apples, sugar and cinnamon; mix well.
Turn into pie shell.
Dot with butter.
Sprinkle with Topping.
Bake in 400° oven 50 minutes or until apples are tender
