French Potato And Garlic Omelette

Ingredients
  Bacon slice 1 , diced
  Green onions 2 , chopped
  Garlic 1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm), crushed
  Cooked new potatoes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cooled (Unpeeled)
  Omelet 1 (Basic)
  Freshly grated cheese 1 Tablespoon (Parmesan Or Romano, For Garnish)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Saute the bacon in a small frying pan€”not your omelet pan.
When the bacon is crisp, add the green onions, garlic, and potatoes.
Cook until hot, and use for filling in the omlelet.
Add salt and pepper last.
Garnish with cheese on top.
