French Potato And Garlic Omelette
|Bacon slice||1 , diced|
|Green onions||2 , chopped|
|Garlic||1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm), crushed|
|Cooked new potatoes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cooled (Unpeeled)|
|Freshly grated cheese||1 Tablespoon (Parmesan Or Romano, For Garnish)|
Saute the bacon in a small frying pan€”not your omelet pan.
When the bacon is crisp, add the green onions, garlic, and potatoes.
Cook until hot, and use for filling in the omlelet.
Add salt and pepper last.
Garnish with cheese on top.
