|Olive oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Preferably Extra-Virgin)|
1. Preheat oven to 350°. With a pastry brush, lightly brush both sides of bread with olive oil. Place on a baking sheet.
2. Bake for 5 minutes. Turn bread slices and bake 3 to 5 minutes longer, or until lightly toasted. Serve warm or store in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
