Crabmeat Au Gratin

Ingredients
  Butter 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Onion 1⁄2 Small, chopped
  Celery stalk 1⁄4 , chopped
  Hard-boiled eggs 2 , sliced
  Cooked crabmeat 500 Milliliter, diced or chopped (2 Cups)
  Hot cheese sauce 500 Milliliter (2 Cups)
  Grated mozzarella cheese 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Lime juice 3 Drop
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Heat butter in saucepan.
Add onion and celery; cover and cook 3 minutes over medium heat.
Add eggs, crabmeat, lime juice and cheese sauce; mix carefully.
Season well and simmer 2 to 3 minutes.
Spoon mixture into scallop shells and top with grated cheese.
Broil in oven until melted.
