Crabmeat Au Gratin
|Butter||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Onion||1⁄2 Small, chopped|
|Celery stalk||1⁄4 , chopped|
|Hard-boiled eggs||2 , sliced|
|Cooked crabmeat||500 Milliliter, diced or chopped (2 Cups)|
|Hot cheese sauce||500 Milliliter (2 Cups)|
|Grated mozzarella cheese||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Lime juice||3 Drop|
Heat butter in saucepan.
Add onion and celery; cover and cook 3 minutes over medium heat.
Add eggs, crabmeat, lime juice and cheese sauce; mix carefully.
Season well and simmer 2 to 3 minutes.
Spoon mixture into scallop shells and top with grated cheese.
Broil in oven until melted.
