Oven Baked French Fries

Ingredients
  Potatoes 1 Liter, cut for french fries (4 cups)
  Butter/Margarine 50 Milliliter, melted (1/4 cup)
  Seasoned salt To Taste
Directions

Blot raw potatoes dry with paper towels.
Arrange potatoes in a 13x9x2-inch (33x22x5 cm) baking pan and drizzle with melted butter.
Bake at 450°F (230°C) for 35 to 40 minutes, or until golden brown.
Stir potatoes several times during the baking period.
Remove to paper towels to drain.
Sprinkle with seasoned salt.
