|Brie cheese||3⁄4 Pound (1 Wedge)|
Separate crescent dough into 4 rectangles.
Make 2 squares by overlapping long edges of 2 rectangles.
Press seam firmly and pinch perforations to seal.
Roll out each square into a rectangle 1 inch larger all around than the cheese.
Place cheese on 1 dough rectangle.
Fold dough up over cut edges and rounded back edge of cheese.
Trim dough to fit; reserve trimmings.
Beat egg yolk and milk.
Place other dough rectangle on top of cheese and press lightly around egg-brushed edges to seal.
Trim dough close to bottom edge of cheese.
Place on greased baking sheet.
Brush generously with some of the yolk mixture.
Cut decorations from trimmings.
Arrange on top and brush with remaining yolk mixture.
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Bake 15 to 18 minutes until well browned.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Place on cheese board to serve.
