Simple Bechamel Sauce
|All purpose flour||3 Tablespoon|
|Milk/White stock||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Melt butter in saucepan.
Blend in flour and cook, slowly stirring, until bubbling.
Remove from heat.
Heat milk with salt and bay leaf in another saucepan and let stand for 1 minute.
Remove bay leaf.
Gradually add milk to flour mixture, stirring constantly.
Beat until smooth.
Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
