|Asparagus||1 Pound, cut into pieces|
|Peas||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Fresh/Frozen)|
Saute onion lightly in the oil in large skillet.
Add next 6 ingredients and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
Cut zucchini in half lengthwise, then cut in 14 inch slices.
Add to mixture with remaining ingredients and simmer about 15 minutes.
