Brie With Sun Dried Tomatoes

Ingredients
  Brie 2 Pound, chilled
  Parsley leaves 5 Tablespoon, minced
  Parmesan cheese 5 Tablespoon, freshly grated
  Sun dried tomatoes 10 (Oil Packed)
  Oil 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon (From Tomatoes)
  Garlic 12 Clove (60 gm), mashed
  Basil 2 Tablespoon, minced
Directions

MAKING
1) Take off the rind from top and place cheese on serving platter.
2) In a bowl, place together parsley, cheese, oil, sun dried tomatoes, garlic and basil.
3) Stir the tomatoes mixture until well mixed and spread on top of cheese.

SERVING
4) Slice and serve at once with freshly sliced bread or refrigerate for later use

TIPS
Allow the Brie to stand 30 to 60 minutes at room temperature, for better flavor.
If Brie is well chilled before preparation, it is possible to cut across and make 2 layers.
