Ingredients
  White bread slice 2 , lightly toasted
  Ham slice 2
  Egg white 2
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Pepper To Taste, freshly ground
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 350°F.
2) Arrange ham slices on the toast.

MAKING
3) In a bowl, beat egg white until foamy and fold in mayonnaise.
4) Smear the mayonnaise mixture over ham.
5) Place the toast on a baking sheet.
6) Bake open sandwiches in the oven until lightly browned and egg white rises.

SERVING
7) Serve warm with a small mixed salad.
