Mornay Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Shredded swiss cheese 3 Ounce (3/4 Cup)
  Grated parmesan cheese 3 Tablespoon
  Dry vermouth/White wine / lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Directions

In medium saucepan, melt butter.
Blend in flour and seasonings.
Cook, stirring constantly, over medium-high heat until smooth and bubbly.
Stir in milk all at once.
Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens.
Remove from heat.
Stir in cheeses until Swiss cheese is melted.
Stir in vermouth.
