Carrots Au Gratin

Ingredients
  Chopped onion 125 Milliliter
  Butter/Margarine 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Condensed cream of celery soup 1 Can (10 oz) (284 Milliliter)
  Milk 200 Milliliter
  Shredded sharp cheddar cheese 250 Milliliter
  Carrots 750 Gram, cooked and cut in strips
Directions

In 1.5 L (1 1/2 quart) glass casserole, combine onion, butter and seasonings.
Cook in microwave oven 2 minutes or until tender.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cover with lid or wax paper.
Cook 9 minutes, stirring 3 times.
Stir before serving.
