|Canned pitted dark sweet cherries||16 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Fresh strawberries||1 Pint|
|Cantaloupe||1 Medium, cut into balls|
|Canned pineapple chunks||15 1⁄4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Orange marmalade||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Hot water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Finely chopped candied ginger||1 Teaspoon|
|Banana||1 , sliced|
Drain and halve cherries.
Chill fruits; layer cherries, strawberries, cantaloupe, and pineapple in large glass bowl.
Combine orange marmalade, hot water, and can died ginger.
Drizzle over fruit.
Arrange banana atop fruit mixture.(To keep banana from darkening, dip in ascorbic acid color keeper or lemon juice mixed with a little water.)
