Best Quiche Lorraine With Fried Bacon

|Crisply fried bacon slices||8 , crumbled|
|Whipping cream||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Grated cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Swiss, Cheddar Or Colby)|
|Unbaked pie shell||1|
Preheat oven to 350°.
Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
Toss cheese with flour.
Combine egg mixture, cheese mixture and bacon.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
Cool for 10 minutes on wire rack and serve.
