|Dark brown sugar||2 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Red wine vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Pineapple chunks||24 , drained|
|Salami chunks||24 (1/2 Inch)|
|Bell pepper strips||12 (Red Or Green)|
Combine sauce ingredients in a bowl.
If you like, you can substitute bottled chutney for brushing sauce.
Prepare brochettes by threading 1 piece pineapple, 1 piece salami, 1 piece pineapple, 1 piece salami, and then a pepper strip, to create 12 brochettes.
Cook brochettes over medium-high heat until done to taste.
Turn 2 to 3 times and brush with sauce as you turn.
Salami will brown slightly.
Remove brochettes to serving dish.
