Salami/Pineapple Brochettes

Ingredients
  Soy sauce 4 Tablespoon
  Dark brown sugar 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Red wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Pineapple chunks 24 , drained
  Salami chunks 24 (1/2 Inch)
  Bell pepper strips 12 (Red Or Green)
Directions

Combine sauce ingredients in a bowl.
If you like, you can substitute bottled chutney for brushing sauce.
Prepare brochettes by threading 1 piece pineapple, 1 piece salami, 1 piece pineapple, 1 piece salami, and then a pepper strip, to create 12 brochettes.
Preheat grill.
Cook brochettes over medium-high heat until done to taste.
Turn 2 to 3 times and brush with sauce as you turn.
Salami will brown slightly.
Remove brochettes to serving dish.

How would you recommend I attempt this recipe if I don't have an outdoor grill?

I think you should be able to cook this in indoor or electric grills too
