French Dressing

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 1 Cup (16 tbs) (WESSON CANOLA OIL)
  Lemon 1 Medium, freshly squeezed
  Cider vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), split (fresh)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a jar with tight fitting lid, place together all the ingredients.
2) Put the lid to tightly secure, shake the jar vigorously to incorporate well.
3) Place the jar in cool place for 24 hours.

SERVING
4) While serving the desired salad, mix with a little dressing and toss well.
5) Add a little more if needed, to taste.

TIPS
Keeps 3 months in the refrigerator.
