Best Hollandaise Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Cream 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Egg yolks 3 , beaten
  Lemon juice/White vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Melt butter in a 2 cup measure or glass bowl, about 30 seconds on high.
Stir in remaining ingredients, mixing well.
Microwave 1 minute on high, or until mixture starts to thicken, stirring twice.
Whip or beat until smooth.
