French-Fried Parsley

Ingredients
  Parsley 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Oil/Shortening 1 Tablespoon (for deep-fat frying)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Wash parsley and dry well paper towels are fine for this.
Break apart into individual sprigs, and fry the sprigs in fat heated to 370°F for only about 3 seconds.
Drain on more paper towels and salt well.
