|Parsley||1 Bunch (100 gm)|
|Oil/Shortening||1 Tablespoon (for deep-fat frying)|
Wash parsley and dry well paper towels are fine for this.
Break apart into individual sprigs, and fry the sprigs in fat heated to 370°F for only about 3 seconds.
Drain on more paper towels and salt well.
