Cottage Cheese Berry Souffle

Ingredients
  Eggs 4 , well beaten
  Butter 2 Tablespoon (for greasing)
  Wheat germ/Whole wheat bread crumbs 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cottage cheese 1⁄2 Pound
  Sliced strawberries/Blueberries / sliced peaches / applesauce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Honey To Taste
  Plain yogurt 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Beat together the eggs, wheat germ, milk, and salt. Turn into a well-buttered 2-cup ceramic or glass bowl. Cover the bowl with aluminum foil. Set on a rack in a pan of boiling water, with the water extending at least two thirds the way up the bowl. Cover the pan and simmer very gently for 15 minutes, or until the mixture is set. Cool, and chill if desired. The dessert may be eaten warm or cold.
2. Turn the mixture out onto a serving plate. Cover the outside of the mold with cottage cheese. Sweeten the fruit with honey and pour over the cottage cheese.
