French Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
  Green onions 10 , sliced
  Chopped celery 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped carrot 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Cubed turnip 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Chicken stock 4 1⁄2 Cup (72 tbs)
  Thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cooked great northern beans 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Dairy sour cream 6 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Saute onion and celery in margarine until tender.
2. Add remaining ingredients except beans and sour cream. Simmer until vegetables are tender.
3. Add beans. (Beans may be pureed in blender if desired.)
4. Heat through. Serve hot.
