Simple Hollandaise Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Egg yolks 2 , beaten
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Cayenne pepper 1 Dash
Directions

In 2 cup glass measure melt butter (high) 45-60 seconds.
Add salt, dry mustard, egg yolks, lemon juice, and cayenne, whisking thoroughly.
Microwave (medium-50%) 1-2 minutes, stirring every 15-30 seconds until thickened.
Whisk until light and thick.
(Sauce "curdles" if overcooked.)
